CAN I PURCHASE SCHULLIN WIEN PRODUCTS THROUGH THE WEBSITE?
At the moment our products are not yet available for purchase online. Soon, you’ll be able to purchase certain products through our website. For now, items can be shopped at our store on Kohlmarkt 7. WHAT ARE CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS?
Each custom-made item is tailor made in our Atelier in Vienna. The reason an item might be custom-made is due to the complexity of the piece or design.
Custom-made due to Sizing: Custom-made items that are difficult to resize, might need to be made to measure. If this is the case, our team will be in touch with you, to discuss the correct sizing.
Custom-made due to unique stones: Some designs have been created with an incredibly rare stone. Once sold, these items can be custom-made again in our Atelier with a different stone. Our team will always do our best to find a stone as similar as possible. However, please note, that the item might end up looking slightly different from the original piece.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRODUCT A CUSTOM-MADE PIECE?
Generally, the production time of our custom-made pieces is 8 weeks. However, this may slightly vary depending on the complexity of the piece or the materials (e.g. gemstones) that might need to be sourced. Our team will be in touch with you to indicate the expected delivery or pick-up date.
ARE CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE PRICE INDICATED ON THE WEBSITE?
The price may vary from the original price indicated on the website. This depends on the final materials being used for the custom-made piece. Before starting production, our team will be in touch with a price offer. Only once agreed upon, and once the payment has been received, will we start with the production of your custom-made piece.
CAN I RETURN A CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCT?
Please note, that custom-made products cannot be refunded. They can, however, be exchanged within a period of 30 days.
IN CASE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
For Jewellery: For deliveries within Europe you will receive your purchase, 5 working days after your order has been placed. Public holidays may extend the delivery time and can delay the delivery by two working days following the holiday.
In case of international deliveries, our team will be in touch after your order, to specify the expected the delivery date.
For Bridal Jewellery: You will receive your purchase, 15 days after your order has been placed. Public holidays may extend the delivery time and can delay the delivery by two working days following the holiday.
For High Jewellery: Our High Jewelry pieces can only be bought directly at our store at Kohlmarkt 7 in Vienna. In case the item is available at our store, you will receive the item immediately after purchase. In case of personal design requests, or in case the item you're interested is out of stock, our shop team will inform you about the possible pick-up date. Approximately 6 weeks need to be calculated.
For Watches: Our Watches can only be bought directly at our store at Kohlmarkt 7 in Vienna. In case the item is available at our store, you will receive the item immediately after purchase. In case the item is not available at our store, our store team will inform you about the possible pick-up date. Please note that some of our Watch Brands have a waitlist and that a non-binding reservation on the waitlist can unfortunately not be guaranteed.
