What are Schullin Wien´s delivery times?
Delivery lead times depend on the product you order on our website.

Products in stock can be delivered within 3 working days.

If your selected item needs resizing or adjusting, this may take between 2 to 5 weeks depending on the degree of complexity of the piece.

Please note that the delivery times indicated on the product detail page or on the chekout page are indicative only. This is an estimate and not a guarantee. Our team will contact you by e-mail to coordinate the delivery.

What are Schulin Wien`s shipping fees?
Schullin Wien offers free and insured shipping, worldwide.

What kind of packaging will I receive my order in?
Orders placed on the Schullin Wien website are packaged in the signature Schullin wooden box, covered by its white signature cover box with brown frame and wrapped with a Schullin silk ribbon. A white leather Schullin travel pouch is added to your parcel.

Can I pick up my package i store?
Yes. Schullin Wien offers a pick-up in store option. The jewellery store is located on kohlmarkt 7, 1010 Vienna, Austria. Watches can be collected in the boutique on Kohlmarkt 18, 1010 Vienna, Austria.

How will i know when my pick-up in store order is ready?
You will be notified by email when your order is ready to be collected from our Boutique on Kohlmarkt 7. The estimated delivery time provided on the product detail page and during checkout are an estimate and not a guarantee.

Which shipment provider is used by Schullin Wien?
All orders are shipped with FedEx or UPS. After posting, the shipments are delivered within 1 to 2 days. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail once your parcel has been shipped.

Is my item insured during shipping?
Yes. Schullin Wien always insures and registers all shipped items for their full value during transit.

What payment methods may I use?
Online: you can pay by Bank Transfer only. In our store: you can pay with credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard) or by Bank Transfer.

Can I reserve a piece of jewellery and pay for it in store?
Yes, you can reserve a piece of jewellery. It will be kept aside for you for 48 hours. You can either pay for it within the 48 hours given or get in touch with our team at onlineshop@schullin.com to extend your reservation.

Can I pay in installments?
Unfortunately, we do not accept installments.

How may i check the status of my order?
Our team will constantly keep you informed of the status of your order. For any question, feel free to contact us at onlineshop@schullin.com. Our team members usually reply within the same working day.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to clarify whether this is possible. You can find more information in the "Exchanges and returns" section below.

Can I order by phone?
Yes, feel free to Contact Us and our Team members will assist you in processing your order.

What jewellery creations are available for order online?
All jewellery pieces that feature an "Add to cart" or a "Show Price" button on the product detail page are available for purchase online. Only products marked as "Sold" cannot be purchased online.

What if I cannot see the price of a jewellery product?
A product may be available for online purchase even if its price is not displayed. To reveal the price, you will only be asked to create an account. This will also unlock the possibility to purchase the piece online.

Can I buy a piece of jewellery marked as "sold"?
Jewellery pieces marked as "sold" cannot be purchased online. You can, however, get in touch with our team about a sold piece. Depending on its complexity and stones availability, we may be able to re-create a similar or identical design. For more information about a specific design, please contact onlineshop@schullin.com

What if the product I have bought online is no longer available?
The availability displayed is indicative and not a definitive guarantee. In the event that a product you purchased online is no longer available, you will be offered a full refund.

What are the conditions for exchanges and returns?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your purchase. To qualify for a return, your item must be sent back in its original, unworn condition and original packaging.

Schullin Wien will not accept a return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used or has been altered from its original condition in any way. To qualify for a refund, the Schullin Certificate of Authenticity must be returned, as well as any gem-certificate if any was originally attached to your order.

Special orders (i.e. creations that have been resized, engraved, modified or personalised in any way, as well as custom-made products) do not quality for a return. They may, however, be exchanged for another item of equal value, within a period of 30 days.

How can i return or exchange an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and wish to return it or exchange it, please proceed with the following steps:

1) Contact us at onlineshop@schullin.com to notify us about your wish.

2) We will send you an address for the shipment.

3) Please make sure to package the jewellery in its original packaging to avoid any damage during shipment.

4) If you are sending your jewellery back from Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, please ship it with DHL, FedEx, UPS or the Post and share the tracking ID-Number with us per email at onlineshop@schullin.com. If you are sending it back from another country, please contact onlineshop@schullin.com.

5) Our team will inform you per email when your jewellery has arrived to our office. This usually takes 2 working days. Our team members will check that the jewellery has been brought back in its original, unworn condition and original packaging.

6) Once your jewellery has been inspected and is proven to qualify for an exchange or a return, the purchase price will be refunded in full if you have opted for a return. If you have opted for an exchange, the purchase price will be deducted from the new piece of jewellery you are interested in. The price difference will be refunded in full, or a new invoice will be issued if the new piece of jewellery costs more than the one you wish to exchange.

How do i choose the correct ring size?
If you are unsure about your ring size, you can proceed to checkout without choosing a ring size. Our team members will then assist you by email to help you find out your ring size.

Can any product be resized?
No. Depending on the complexity of the design and the jewellery type (ring, bracelets, necklaces etc), some items can be resized while others cannot. If you are unsure about the resizing possibilities of an item, please write us at onlineshop@schullin.com.

Can I personallize my jewellery with an engraving?
Yes. If you have a specific request to engrave a piece of jewellery, write us at onlineshop@schullin.com

How can i get my jewellery resized or engraved?
To get your jewellery resized or engraved, please proceed with the following steps:

1) Contact us at onlineshop@schullin.com to notify us about your wish.

2) We will send you an address for the shipment.

3) Please make sure to package the jewellery in its initial packaging to avoid any damage during shipment.

4) If you are sending your jewellery back from Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, please ship it with DHL, FedEx, UPS or the Post and share the tracking ID-Number with us per email at onlineshop@schullin.com. If you are sending it back from another country, please contact onlineshop@schullin.com.

5) Our team will inform you per email when your jewellery has arrived to our office. This usually takes 2 working days.

6) Once your jewellery has been received, our goldsmith will work on resizing or engraving your jewellery.

Is the resizing or engraving free?
Ring size changes within six sizes of the existing size is done at no cost. Engraving is free of charge.

How long will it take for my jewellery to be resized or engraved?
It can go from 2 to 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the alteration. Engraving takes up to one week.

What is the difference between High Jewellery and Jewellery?
We distinguish between categories by their wearability, not by their price. Our jewellery collection is made of easier-to-wear pieces, while our Haute Joaillerie collection consists of statement pieces.

Where is the jewellery from Schullin Wien produced?
"Schullin Wien" hallmarked jewellery is designed in our Viennese Atelier and produced by experienced goldsmiths.

Can Schullin Wien create a design only for me?
Yes. We are happy to make a bespoke creation for you. Please contact onlineshop@schullin.com for more information.

Can you reproduce a piece of jewellery that has been sold?
Yes. Please note that if this involves a very specific gemstone, our team will make a suggestion. For more information about a specific product, please write to onlineshop@schullin.com.

Re-creating a jewellery piece may take from 2 weeks up to 6 months, depending on the complexity of the design, and on the availability of the stones.

Can I buy watches on your website?
Yes. We sell Tudor watches online. For other brands, please visit our boutique on Kohlmarkt 18, 1010 Vienna. For more information about a specific watch, please contact loos@schullin.com

What is Schullin Wien´s certificate of authenticity?
When you purchase a creation on SchullinWien.com or in our boutique, it will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity displaying the name, reference number and description of your jewellery piece.

Are there any certificates included in my order?
Schullin Wien always accompanies its orders by a Schullin certificate of authenticity. Independent, third party gemstone certificates will also be added to your order.

How much do jewellery repair services cost?
Polishing, rhodium plating and fixing lose prongs is done free of charge for a period of 5 years, provided that the item has been subjected to a normal level of wear and tear. For other repairs, please get in touch with us at onlineshop@schullin.com.

How much do watch repair services cost?

How do i modify or delete my Schullin Wien account?
You can modify your account directly online within your profile, by clicking on "Edit Account". To delete your account, please get in touch with onlineshop@schullin.com who will delete your account on your behalf.

How do I (un)subscribe to Schullin Wien newsletters?
To unsubuscbribe from our Newsletter, you may click on the "Unsubscribe" link in footer of the last Newsletter you have received.
