Delivery times vary depending on the product you order. Items that are in stock are typically delivered within 3 working days across Europe, and within 3 to 5 working days for destinations outside Europe. If your selected piece requires resizing or customization, the processing time may range from 2 to 5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the work involved. Please note that the delivery times indicated on the product detail page or during the checkout process are non-binding estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

What are the shipping costs for orders placed on schullin.com?
Shipping is always complimentary and fully insured for the entire duration of transit, at no additional cost. Please note that for shipments outside Europe any additional fees that may apply, such as import taxes, customs duties and service fees, are not covered by schullin.com and need to be covered by the customer.

Is my order insured during shipping and does Schullin cover the insurance costs?
Yes, Schullin insures and registers all shipped items for their full value during transit. Insurance costs are fully covered.

Which shipping provider does Schullin use?
All orders are shipped with FedEx or UPS. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail once your parcel has been shipped.

Can my package be picked up in store?
Yes, your order can be picked up in store. Jewellery orders may be picked up at our boutique located at Kohlmarkt 7, 1010 Vienna, Austria. Watch orders are available for collection at our store at Michaelerplatz 3, 1010 Vienna, Austria. Our boutiques are located in close proximity to one another, making it convenient to visit both locations if needed.

How will I know when my order is ready to be shipped or ready for pick-up?
Once your order is placed, our team will personally contact you to coordinate the delivery schedule and ensure your order is shipped or prepared for collection according to your preferences. You will also be notified by email when your order is ready to be shipped or is ready for collection at our store.

In what type of packaging will I receive my order?
Jewellery orders are presented in signature packaging from Schullin Wien, which includes a wooden jewellery box, enclosed in a white cover box with a brown border and embossed with the Schullin Wien Logo in gold, finished with a silk ribbon. Each order also includes a white leather Schullin travel pouch and a signature shopping bag.

Rolex Certified Pre-Owned Watches are elegantly packaged with a distinctive Rolex Certified-Pre-Owned packaging. The package includes the Rolex CPO box, a Rolex CPO leather pouch, the guarantee card and seal, along with the original Rolex box and warranty. Fully authenticated and serviced by Rolex, it comes with a two-year international warranty. A signature Schullin shopping bag accompanies each order.

For orders that are shipped: To ensure discretion, all jewellery and watch orders are shipped in an unbranded cover box, so the contents do not suggest the presence of high-value items.

What payment methods do you offer?
On www.schullin.com, payments are accepted exclusively via bank transfer. In our boutiques, payments can be made with American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or by bank transfer.

Can I pay in installments?
We do not offer installment payment options.

How can I check the status of my order?

What products displayed on www.schullin.com are available for online purchase?
All jewellery pieces displaying an 'Add to Cart' or 'Show Price' button on the product detail page are available for online purchase. Items marked as 'Sold' cannot be purchased online or in-store. However, we invite you to contact our team regarding any sold items. Depending on the design´s complexity and the availability of its materials, we may be able to recreate a similar or identical piece. For more information regarding a specific design, please contact onlineshop@schullin.com.

Of all the watches displayed online, only our selection of Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watches are available for purchase online.

A wider selection of jewellery and watches is available for purchase in our stores. If you’re looking for something specific, please don’t hesitate to contact us, or feel free to visit us in person.

What happens if the product I purchased online is no longer available?
The availability displayed on www.schullin.com is indicative and does not constitute a definitive guarantee. If a product you have purchased online is no longer available, you will be offered a full refund.

Exclusively for Jewellery: If a jewellery piece is no longer available, we may be able to recreate a similar design. Depending on the complexity of the piece and the availability of stones, it may be possible to reproduce a similar or even identical design. Can I reserve a watch and pay for it in store?
We do not have an online reserve function. However, watches featuring an “Add to bag” or a “Send Inquiry” button can theoretically be reserved in store. Please contact our team at loos@schullin.com to inquire about a potential reservation and its duration.

Can I reserve a piece of jewellery and pay for it in the store?

What if I cannot see the price of a jewellery product?
A product may be available for online purchase even if its price is not displayed. To reveal the price of our more exclusive jewellery pieces, you will be asked to create an account. This will reveal the price and will also unlock the option to purchase the piece online. Please note that all products priced above €10,000 have their prices hidden by default.

What are the conditions for returns?
For Jewellery:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. To qualify for a return, your item must be sent back in its original, unworn condition and original packaging. Schullin Wien will not accept a return if the item shows signs of wear, has been used or has been altered from its original condition in any way. To qualify for a refund, the Schullin Certificate of Authenticity must be returned, as well as any gem-certificate if any was originally attached to your order. Special orders (i.e. creations that have been resized, engraved, modified or personalised in any way, as well as custom-made products) do not qualify for a return. They may, however, be exchanged for another item of equal value, within a period of 30 days.

For Watches: Please note that our Rolex CPO watches are non-returnable and non-refundable. Each watch is sealed and comes with a digitally activated certificate upon sale. Once the seal is removed and the certificate is activated, the product is uniquely linked to the purchaser, making it impossible to resell or restock. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or other non-defective reasons. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues or defects with your watch, please contact our customer service team directly within 14 days of receiving the product. The Rolex CPO program provides a two-year international guarantee and a guarantee card, it does not include a return policy for a full refund. Our team will review your case and provide guidance on the available options.

What are the conditions for an exchange?
Please note that exchanges are only applicable to our jewellery collection.

If you wish to exchange your purchase, you may exchange it within 30 days of receiving it. Please inform our team in advance if you would like to exchange your order.

Refund or Exchange - For returns, the full purchase amount will be refunded. - For exchanges, the value of your original purchase will be applied to the new item. If the new piece costs more, we will issue an updated invoice. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded.

Are the shipping costs covered in case of a return or an exchange?
In case of a return or exchange due to a production defect, Schullin will cover all shipping costs.

If you are unsure about your ring size, you have the possibility to proceed to checkout without selecting a size. Once your order is placed, a member of our team will contact you via email to help you determine the appropriate ring size.

Can any product be resized?
No. Depending on the complexity of the design and the jewellery type (ring, bracelets, necklaces etc), some items can be resized while others cannot. If you are unsure whether a particular item can be resized, please contact us at onlineshop@schullin.com for assistance.

Can I personalize my jewellery with an engraving?
Yes. If you wish to personalize a piece of jewellery with an engraving, please contact us at onlineshop@schullin.com with your request.

How do I arrange for resizing or engraving?
To get your jewellery item resized or engraved, please proceed with the following steps:

  2. Receive Instructions We will provide you with the appropriate shipping address and further instructions.

  3. Prepare your shipment Please make sure to package the jewellery carefully (ideally in its original packaging) to avoid any damage during shipment.

  4. Shipping your item Austria: If you’re shipping from Austria please use Österreichische Post AG, FedEx or UPS. Email the tracking number to onlineshop@schullin.com.   5. Confirmation Our team will inform you by email when your jewellery has arrived at our office. This usually takes 2-5 working days.

  6. Resizing and/or Engraving Once your jewellery has been received, our goldsmiths will work on resizing and/or engraving your jewellery.

  7. Return Shipment We will notify you as soon as your item has been resized or engraved and will coordinate the return shipment with you accordingly.

Is engraving and/or resizing free?
Ring Engraving: Ring engraving is free of charge.

Ring Resizing: Size adjustments for rings, up to three sizes larger or three sizes smaller than the original size, are complimentary. If a greater adjustment is required, our team will gladly provide you with the relevant details regarding cost and feasibility.

Other jewellery items: For resizing or engraving of pieces such as necklaces or bracelets, please contact our team. Depending on the complexity of the piece, they will provide you with the relevant details regarding cost and feasibility.

How long will it take for my jewellery to be resized or engraved?
Resizing and alterations: The timeframe may vary between 2 and 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the item. Once we are able to provide a reliable estimate, a member of our team will contact you to inform you of the expected completion time.

Engraving: An engraving is usually completed within approximately one week.

Can the Rolex CPO watch I ordered on schullin.com be resized and/or engraved?

Can you reproduce a piece of jewellery that has been sold?
Yes. Please note that if this involves a very specific gemstone, our team will make a suggestion. For more information about a specific product, please write to onlineshop@schullin.com. Re-creating a jewellery piece may take from 2 weeks up to 6 months, depending on the complexity of the design, and on the availability of the stones.

Are there any certificates included in my order?
Yes. Every order from Schullin Wien includes a Schullin Certificate of Authenticity. In addition, independent third-party gemstone certificates are provided when applicable.

What is Schullin Wien’s certificate of authenticity?
When you purchase a creation on schullin.com or in our boutique, it will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity displaying the name, reference number and description of your jewellery piece.

**Does my order come with a warranty? **
Jewellery: Yes, our jewellery comes with a warranty which offers free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating and cleaning services free of charge for a period of five years, provided the item has been subject to normal wear and tear. All of our jewelry is created using the highest quality materials and is inspected prior to shipment.

Rolex CPO: Yes, Rolex CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) watches come with a two-year international warranty that starts from the date of purchase.

How much do jewellery repair services cost?
In the event that there is a defect with your jewelry or you are in need of other services that are not covered under the above mentioned warranty, your purchase can be shipped to our Atelier for inspection. Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done to service your jewelry piece.
